- Every number has a source and a date. Published list prices link to the vendor page. Unpublished prices are labeled by basis - public benchmark (e.g. Vendr), partner-published estimate, or third-party estimate - with the source’s own date and our verification date.
- Ranges, not guesses. When sources disagree we show the full range. When we have to extrapolate or assume (for example an upper bound for a tier no source prices), the page says so in a methodology note.
- Re-verification. We re-check pricing sources quarterly; rows older than 120 days are flagged as possibly outdated.
- No paid placement in editorial. Partners cannot pay to change a price, verdict or ranking. Opt-in partner listings, when live, will be labeled.
- No invented reviews. We summarize public sources with citations; we do not fabricate reviews or claim testing we did not do.
- Byline. All pages are by the ERP Cost Guide editorial team.
- Corrections. Vendors and partners can send corrections with a source via our contact form; we update the page and its date.
